BA/BSc Annual Exam 2010 result on August 17

Result cards to be dispatched to 1,73,000 candidates at their 
 residential addresses

LAHORE : (Thursday, August 12, 2010): Punjab University will declare the BA/BSc Annual Examination 2010 result on Tuesday, August 17 next. A prize distribution ceremony will be organized in the Al-Razi Hall Undergraduate Block New Campus for this purpose.





The Controller Examinations Dr Zahid Karim Khan, in his briefing, informed the meeting that on August 16 result cards would be dispatched to one lac and 73 thousand candidates through mail at their residential addresses. BA/BSc Annual examination results would also be available on the varsity website www.pu.edu.pkwith effect from August 17. In addition, after 6 am on August 17, results could also be ascertained from university gazettes. Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Ch Jamil Anwar, Registrar Prof Dr Muhammad Naeem Khan, Controller Examinations Dr Zahid Karim Khan as well as all the deans and executive heads attended the meeting.

Physics (Greek: physis – φύσις meaning "nature") is a natural science that involves the study of matter and its motion through spacetime, as well as all applicable concepts, such as energy and force. More broadly, it is the general analysis of nature, conducted in order to understand how the world and universe 
behave.

Physics is one of the oldest academic disciplines, perhaps the oldest through its inclusion of astronomy. Over the last two millennia, physics had been considered synonymous with philosophy, chemistry, and certain branches of mathematics andbiology, but during the Scientific Revolution in the 16th century, it emerged to become a unique modern science in its own right However, in some subject areas such as inmathematical physics and quantum chemistry, the boundaries of physics remain difficult to distinguish.
Physics is both significant and influential, in part because advances in its understanding have often translated into new technologies, but also because new ideas in physics often resonate with other sciences, mathematics, and philosophy. For example, advances in the understanding of electromagnetism or nuclear physics led directly to the development of new products which have dramatically transformed modern-day society (e.g., television, computers,domestic appliances, and nuclear weapons); advances in thermodynamics led to the development of motorized transport; and advances inmechanics inspired the development of calculus.

Approval by AICTE
As per law, Academy do not require AICTE approval. Only institutions which are affiliated to Academy s require approval. As Shaan Science Academy is a Bonafide Academy established by a State Act, it does not require AICTE approval.
